I have a complaint with regards to the treatment I received from Glen who works at your Maponya mall store. I went to return a pair of snickers I had purchased on the 27.02.2013 from westgate. While I was on the queue Glen came up to me to ask me what I came in the store to do, I told him I came to return shoes. He asked when the shoes were bought and why they were being returned, I told him. He asked for the shoes and started "inspecting" them. I was pulled away from the queue and while I was feeling pretty embarrassed by this unexpected treatment I was getting, he was busy attending to other customers while I stood like a fool. Glen had an issue with the snickers I returned, he said the bottoms were dirty and they can't take them. I told Glen that the snickers were bought like that and the person I had bought them for didn't want them. Feeling annoyed and frustrated I took the shoes and told Glen I would take them back to westgate.
Maybe Glen's position gives him the right to treat customers the way he did or he just took advantage because I am a woman... that I will never know. But he should know not to do what he did to me, at the end of the day I bring reven
