Logic air cond. faulty: no response from Game

I purchased a Logic air conditioner from Game Canal Walk Feb 2012. On Dec 11 the swing mechanism stopped working. Spoke to installer, Dominic @ A2Z services. He told me to log a guarantee repair with Game, which I did. After a week of never having my calls returned, I spoke to Henning @ Game, and he assured me that the fault HAD been logged with A2Z.
After being promised service calls 'within the next 2 days' a number of times, I am still waiting, a MONTH later, and nobody is taking ownership of my complaint.
This is a LOUD warning to (1) NEVER buy any Game house brand appliance, and (2) never to buy any appliance from Game that is not fully covered by the manufacturer or agent themselves for repairs and servicing, both inside as well as outside warranty periods.
