Worst service ever!!!

We handed in our tv for the second time, the first tv was still under warranty and was replaced (same model); The second tv was not under warranty and sent for repairs... Don't know why a service is advertised when the system is obviously non- existent, We handed in our JVC LCD HD TV into the Game store nearly 8 WEEKS AGO!!! WTH? after multiple phone calls and time wasted time, I finally found that it is still with the supplier who was fixing it, because game who offers the repair service... Had not yet payed them for the repair, and therefore MY TV was still not back at the store, and NOT REPAIRED YET, and in all this time THERE WAS NO CORRESPONDENCE FROM GAME REGARDING THE STATUS OF THE REPAIR FOR NEARLY 8 WEEKS, PATHETIC!!! I had to do their job and find out what the status was, what my repair number was and why it was taking so long, I AM STILL WITHOUT A TV, I HAVE TO PAY THE SUPPLIER MYSELF DIRECTLY TO GET MY TV BACK FROM THEM!!! What is wrong with Game head office, why advertise a service that is completely useless and causes more stress and anger than what I need, I want answers from Game, and I would advise anyone: DON'T USE GAME REPAIR SERVICES, IT'S FREAKING USELESS!!
