Bought Samsung vac cleaner with 1 yr guarantee at Game 22-1-13. Stopped working 25-2-13. Gave in at store 27-2-13. Game only prepaired to repair witin 21 working days if parts are available. Only guarantee that they give is 7 days money back guarantee. Had to sign a form with makes me liable for costs if misused. As far as I am concerned they are not honoring the 1 yr guarantee as promised by replacing the item, but are treating it as a warranty. Have to make use without vac for month or more. Not happy with their misrepresentation of word: Guarantee. Won't buy from Game again. Can't be trusted.
