Game poor service

I bought a samsung fridge in feb 2012 at game, then in Nov 2012 it stopped working. I called game and after weeks of calling them they came to fix it, but 2days later it stopped working again I called them and a week passed without them doing anything then they fetched the fridge and am still waiting I have been without a fridge for 2months now in summer and the consultant that helped me is not taking my calls worse of all I paid cash for this fridge, and game is not helping me at all!
