My son purchased a LOGIC fan with his Christmas money and unfortunately the fan stopped working only two weeks after having it. I went back to Clearwater Game, but did not have my slip or Logic fan packaging. I was helped by a gentleman from information as well as a lady at customer services. They were glady able to assist me, but needed a bar code. They went to look for the fan, but the fan was sold out. They still didn't give up. I was asked very nicely to wait a few minutes while they scanned their system to find the fan's barcode. Wthin 15min I was given a voucher to replace the price of the fan.
