There are only 2 at the most 3 tills open to pay.you stand in a line that is very long, just to find that it is a cash only till and there is a notice that you cannot pay with a card, or buy electricity or airtime, no bill payments, no cards. It also happened last night that when people were in front at the till, they were asked to pay at another till, just to find out that when they left, the people behind them were helped.
The staff are not always very friendly and they take their time to do the transactions, they even sometimes chat with customers and others are waiting in the line until they are finished with their conversations.
This is really a big frustration!
