My sad story started at the Greenstone branch I was trying to exchange a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses and trying to send one in for repairs Greenstone sends me to Eastgate they have a better selection I mage to exchange my sunglasses but as far as my repair is concerned its the same story. I decide to go to the Sandton branch and low and behold I get informed that the Ray Ban sunglasses are not under warranty and they cant help me (no one told me this at the other branches) I didn't want it for free I just wanted it repaired. How does a sunglass shop not have after sales service for a brand like Ray Ban
