I purchased a pair of Guess sunglasses from the Sunglass hut last year Dec which is still under warranty. The frame broke and I sent it in for repairs on the 17th of October. I have called the repair centre on a weekly basis only to be told that they Will call me back which never happened. On Monday 09Dec I called again, only to be told that they do not have the parts to repair the sunglasses and will be sending it back. Later that afternoon, just before 17:00 I received an sms, the first correspondence in almost two months saying that the sunglasses can not be repaired. So which is it? No parts or cant be repaired? I want my money back, or the sunglasses repaired. This is unacceptable. I want to be reimbursed for the cost of calling once a week and for the fact that I had to buy another pair of sunglasses as mine were being analysed for almost two months!
