I have purchased a pair of Oakley sunglasses from Sunglass Hut about a year ago. Suddenly just out of warranty and the expensive pair of Oakleys break. I then went to Sunglass Hut in Potchefstroom and was told to contact the repair centre but that specific pair has been discontinued because too many of them broke at the same place. After several attempts the couriers came to fetch my Oakleys. A week later they tell me that they don't have any parts and they cant do anything for me, not refund or repair. The Oakleys still looks brand new, even the store consultant thinks they are still new.
This is not my fault that there isn't any stock left. The worst of all is they have had many of the same pair that have broken, so this should either be replaced or repaired with better parts. It's not my fault that there is no parts, and now I have to sit with a broken pair of Oakley. After all... Is this the service you get after buying a few thousand rand pair at Sunglass Hut???
Ridiculous...
Will definitely not suggest Sunglass Hut to ANYONE!!!
