I would like to thank Mpho (Mall of the North) for his awesome service that he has given me last week.
I bought a pair of Arnette sunglasses for my girlfriend from Sunglass Hut in September last year, and unfortunately the frame started to pulled away from the glasses. I took it to Mpho and he offered me another pair for the same value as the Arnettes. My girlfriend however really liked the Arnettes and seeing that Mpho didn't have the same model in stock, he phoned around to found a branch that have that specific model in stock. Throughout this whole process he kept me in the loop of things. I had to go through to Joburg for business and he organised with Georgina (Greenstone Mall) to keep that pair out for me. Even Georgina's great service needs to be acknowledged. On our way back to Polokwane, I received a phone call from Mpho to find out if received the right pair and if I was satisfied. WOW!!! Awesome after sales service!!
Well, bottom line is the thanks to Mpho & Georgina I not only have the pair of sunglasses I want, but I won't hesitate to purchase another pair from them in the future.
