We bought a couple of packs of Panda nappies from Dis-Chem in November 2012. It was too small and we tried to swop it yesterday. They would not even exchange it for a larger size. I think that this is extremely unreasonable due to the fact that nobody else in Potchefstroom sells the Panda nappies.
In January 2012 we exchanged a pair of batteries with Dis-Chem without a reciept, so the nappies should not have been a problem.
