I was recently looking for a pair of sunglasses. I went onto sunglasses hut website and found a pair on sale. I proceeded to go to my nearest sunglass hut to have a look at the pair but it was not in stock and was priced on the system at a higher price than on the website.
I phoned Wendy Irwin the next day and asked where I would be able to find the pair in stock and mentioned the price discrepancy. Wendy then told me the pair would be made available to me at the advertised price on the internet and that sometimes their are discrepancies on the prices in stores and the prices online. Within 10 minutes Wendy e-mailed me a list of where the sunglasses were in stock. I selected the branch closest to me and Wendy then arranged for the sunglasses to be kept aside for me and a price over ride arranged. She also made sure that the staff were aware of the over ride and I went in to the store and all had been arranged as said. The whole situation was dealt with very professionally and within no time at all.
I would also like to mention I found all the sunglass hut staff members at all the branches I visited when looking for sunglasses very knowledgeable and helpful.
