Previously in January 2013 I made a fuss on how Beds for Africa was dragging their feet in replacing my base to my purchased queen size bed. Last week my base was replaced. I want to use this forum to say thank you and my bed, myself and my husband are fine and we are now able to get a good nights rest. Thank you Attie and the lady at the Genessi factory who made all the delivery arrangements. Also thank to the second lot of guys who took off the mattress placed it down neatly and replaced the base and then placed the mattress back on the base. (not like the first set of delivery guys, whom just left it on my lounge suite to sort out when I get from work). Thank you to everyone who assisted to turn this frown upside down. Thank.
