I AM NOT SOMEONE WHO COMPLAINS BUT I AM FED UP WITH ELLERINES NIGEL POOR SERVICE, THIS IS THE SECOND COMPLAINT, BLACKBERRY 8520 BOUGHT AT NIGEL ELLERINES ON ACCOUNT WAS, UPON PURCHASE OF THIS PHONE I ASKED A LOT OF TIMES IF I AM GOING TO HAVE INSURANCE ON THIS PHONE AND THEY ASSURED ME THAT I WILL HAVE INSURANCE, NOT KNOWING HOW IT WORK I TOOK THEIR WORD FOR IT, THEY SAID MY TOTAL WEEKLY DEDUCTION WILL BE WITH THE INSURANCE. NOW THAT THE PHONE IS AND I WANT TO CLAIM THEY FIRST COULD NOT GIVE ME ANY FEEDBACK AND ONLY SUBMITTED THE CLAIM A WEEK AFTER, I KEPT ON PHONING THEM DOING THEIR JOB FOR THEM, THEN I SUBMITTED A COMPLAINT ON HELLOPETER AND THEY STARTED PHONING ME BUT WITH NOT MUCH ANSWERS, I THINK THE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF AT NIGEL ELLERINES IS NOT CAPABLE OF DOING THEIR JOB THEY ALWAYS SEEM LIKE THEY DON'T HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING, TODAY A LADY FROM HEAD OFFICE PHONED ME AND SAID I NEVER HAD INSURANCE ON THIS PHONE AND A SEPERATE DEBIT ORDER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE GOING OFF FOR THE INSURANCE AND LIKE I SAID THEY ASSURED ME THAT I DO HAVE INSURANCE AND ITS ALREADY WORKED IN ON THE INSTALLMENT, I DON'T WANT THIS TO GO THIS FAR BUT I WILL GO PUBLIC WITH THIS.
