I took out a blackberry and laptop deal around September last year. I have been paying well every month and have never missed a payment. About a month my blackberry was, I blacklisted it and reported it to Ellerines of which they promised to give me a call once my claim was approved, i waited for about 2 weeks without any response, I went in store only to find that my claim had been approved but there was no stock. I waited another week as I was told there would be stock the following week, again there was no response, i went back instore only to find that there is still no stock until now! Its very upsetting because they debit my account including for insurance with no fail but they fail to deliver. I wish I had ot taken anything rom Ellerines and never again would i ever buy anything from them, let alone recommend Ellerines to friends and family.
