I complained last week of poor service, Ellerines Head Office phoned me and asured me this matter will be sorted. A day or two later I received a call from the Roodepoort branch, but unfortunately I missed the call because i was driving. I listened to the voice mail and responded immediately, just to find that their phone lines are not working, I have tried calling therm every day more than once with no success. So today I went to Ellerines Roodepoort and at 09h30 in the morning their doors were closed and locked. Now my question is how do they do business with NO phone lines and NOT being open. Now I am giving Ellerines 2 options you either exchange your poor quality lounge suite (R17000) to a lounge suite I want OR I will go the legal route and cancel my complete purchase and if be see you in court Ellerines...
