I bought lenovo laptop in february 2011, unfortunately it was snatched from me in april 2011. I reported the matter at the local police station& gave Ellerines the details as they had insured it with Relyant insurance. They promised to give me a new laptop as soon as the insurance approves my claim. My claim was finally approved in january 2012.Ever since last year I 've always been told that it is out of stock. For me it is not easy to go to town as I stay in rural areas& they always promise to call me & they never call. I even finished paying my monthly instalment of R624 for a laptop I didn't have. Due to the fact that I bought it for my school work& I had to make another means to buy another laptop. Ellerines failed to give me laptop as they promised& now I no longer need it as I have waited long enough. I want Ellerines to refund me. I am very disappointed with their bad service as I've always been a loyal custome
