An account was opend in my name fraudulantly. Each month I am harrased by threaterning letters about being blacklisted. When I phone to correct the situation I am forced to deal with entry level opperators that are not in a position to assist in any way. They have only been supplied with a fax no for the department using this is a total waist of time. When they check their system they are able to tell me that this account has a note about but they still request payment. Why is it impossible to get through to the department. Its no wonder that is rife with incompetent departments like this EXACT!! one. MTN and Vodacom in vereeniging were approached by someone trying to open an account in my name, not only did they arrest one individual but were very helpful in assisting me in registering with the burea who have issued me with a password so that I can open accounts with added security. I beleive that you should re-look at your security operator as I beleive that they are making a joke out of yourselves and the service that you are receiving seems to be run by someone with absolutely no or security experience. HELP US TO HELP YOU-----HOW HARD CAN THAT BE.
