Failure to receive Business Account Invoices

I don't even know where to begin with my dissatisfaction that I am experiencing with this so-called security company and their incompetent Accounts Department. Lets just say that my numerous calls and emails have failed to provide any fruits since December 2012.
For months now I have to go through a rigorous effort to get our business invoices mailed to me. And sure, there are one or two competent staff members that assist me on a rather quick basis. I really wish i could remember their names and praise them for their individual professionalism and service. And then you get those many others who fail all on levels to assist.
I have now being trying to get the last two months monthly invoices without any luck now. When I spoke to a consultant (one of the few good ones), he was able to provide me with the invoices I requested back then, but further asked him if they cannot send me these invoices on a monthly basis when they are generated on their system via email. Since then, all the consulatnts I have spoken to have reassured me it is possible and that they will add my request to the system. But alas! I am still phoning almost on a dailty basis only to have the phone cut out.
