My name is Reggie Makhetha an ex customer of Vimba Security. I had a security contract for my restaurant in Soweto with Vimba for 2 years and ended my contract after the restaurant was broken into and there was no response from this security company. I send a cancelation letter to a lady called Refilwe to cancel the contract and she told me she received my cancelation letter and had canceled the contract. I discovered last year that our business account was still being debited for the security contract with Vimba. I have made a number of calls to the call center informing them to stop debiting our account as we don't have a contract with Vimba anymore. They told me they would look into it and stop debiting our account. But our account is still getting debited. I've been in contact with a gentman called bright from your finance department and he told me that I still have an active account with Vimba Security. Not only that when I opened my account Vimba account, 2 accounts were open on 1 contract so I was being charged twice on 1 contract. So when Refilwe closed my account she must have left the other one open.
