Incorrect information and poor service

Received my first 32day notice deposit statement from Standard bank via e-mail. It is a protected PDF document which requires a password to open the document. The e-mail sent to me clearly states that my account number is my password. The exact instruction received from Standard bank reads as follows: U 32 dae kennisgewing deposito rekeningnommer is u wagwoord. Tried the account number many times, and it does not work. Phoned the call centre, and after being put through from one department to the other, nobody could tell me what the correct password is. Eventually I gave up after 27 minutes on the phone, and put the phone down, after holding on for another department. I eventually figured out the password, by luck, and it is not the account number, but for security reasons I do not want to publish my findings here. This is really pathetic. The information provided in the e-mail is incorrect.
