The store can't provide proper feedbacck

Good Day Sir/Madam,

I have a complaint about an incident that happened at Pick'nPay Midway Mews on 25 Feb 2013 at 17H40. I am a regular shopper at this store and didn't expect something like this to happen. I did all my usual shopping, i got to the till to pay for the goods. When i finished paying, i left my new Blackberry touch screen by the tillpoint. I only realised this when i got home which is few blocks away. I immediately returned to the store to check if the packer has picked up the phone and handed it in to the manager on duty. To my suprise, the phone was nowhere to be found, but the packer (for the cashier by the name of Morongwa Maksobane -name on the tillslip) did confirm that she saw me with the phone in my hand. I raised the matter with the manager who undertook to investigate and provide feedback later in the evening. To date, i haven't received much feedback from the store or the manager despite my various attempts requesting to see the video footage for that day. I made follow up with Corney and Faizal at the store but it appears my matter was not taken seriously. I further reported the incident on the customer care line where I spoke to Mandisa on 4/03 Tina
