I went into the store to enquirer about my Birthday points as it was my Birthday month, they checked and said its not on but it would come through on my Birthday, I went in on my Birthday to check and it was not on. I was told to check a few days later I did that and still nothing. I then called the call center and I was told that I was not Registered for the sms and Email service and this is the reason I do not qualify for the Birthday points. I called back because I do receive emails from smart shopper and then they told me they only send Birthday points to selected shoppers. I asked a few people who received Birthday points and they received it every year. I called back and they said they will load it. I still got nothing. Another thing is that I bought items that gives you extra 500 points when you purchase an item i bought 6 items and did not get any extra points. I inquired about it only to find out I need to print out a slip before going to the teller. This is not fair as i only find out a R106 000 points later, not once did any one ever tell me that I need to print something to get the extra points. Please train your staff accordingly. I think this is.
