I have just about had it with your Sandton branch. I bought a small table 4 weeks ago, to be delivered to the Sandton store (Order E40018). Delivery was supposed to take a week. I have phoned the store manager numerous times and I'm being told that the store "have not received any deliveries this week" week after week.
The manager since only responded to one of my calls, full of promises (a week ago today)
Neither the manager, or Annie (sales agent) have responded to any of my messages.
This is a delivery TO YOUR STORE, not to me. How can it take 4 weeks for a little table to get there???
I can chop down a tree and make a table in less time than that!
I've really had it. This is a breach of ASA, you cannot advertise and sell something that you're unable to deliver.
I'll expect a full refund for this purchase before the end of today, and take all my planned furniture purchases elsewhere.
