We bought a four poster bed and pedestals from the Clearwater branch. Promised delivery in 8 weeks. After 10 weeks nothing. We contacted the branch and was told that only the pedestals were ready and the bed needed another week. The pedestals were delivered but were defective in that the legs were uneven. We then returned them. We were promised the bed the next week and was asked to make the full payment before the delivery. We did as requested. The day of delivery weatherleys phoned to say that the bed did not pass the quality check and could not be delivered. A week later the bed was finally delivered with dents on the frame and the base board didn't fit the bed at all. We contacted the various sales people and eventually the regional manager said that we could get a refund from the store. We contacted the store and informed them that the regional managed had approved the refund. We were then told that we were waisting our time and if we enter the store we would be arrested. The matter is still on - going. Looks like customers are criminals to wetherleys.
