I bought a table from coricraft woodmead in November last year, when it was delivered with a dent on. It took more than 10 phone calls and 5 deliveries to get it replaced with a new one. I was told numerous times by Garth Louw in their deliveries department that he would reply to my request but he never returned my calls. Only after going above his head, was a replacement table delivered, and then the replacement table is now also a different colour from what is on display in their woodmead store that I ordered.
After calling, and emailing the woodmead store a picture of the table THIS LAST WEEK (6 months since my order was placed) I received an email from Garth Louw for some reason, to say that they will not be replacing the table as the discoloration must be my fault in the way that I clean it. I have only dusted it slightly with no chemicals.- but this is my fault Garth? Garth who incorrectly delivered my table 6 times?? Really??
Well I'll make it my mission from now on, to make sure as many people as possible hear of this and do not support coricraft in anyway or manner. thank you for making this my problem Garth Louw
