1 September I bought a coffee table and 2 side tables which I was told by the sales person Mandla were in stock.
I couldn't take them as the coffee table was too large so I paid for a delivery for that week.
1 week later no delivery, 2 weeks later no delivery...
I received an SMS from Danie to let me know he was looking after my order, but when I phoned I was told it was a 6 week delivery for the side tables.
I phoned after 6 weeks and told 8 weeks delivery.
Eventually the coffee table was delivered 2 months after paying for the items and I was told the side tables were being received by the warehouse and I was priority to get my delivery.
Friday 8th I was phoned and told the delivery was on track (again) for the 15th (2.5 moths after paying for the items)
BUT yesterday I got a call to say there was another "factory" problem and they will only be able to deliver at the end of the month.
3 MONTHS AND COUNTING FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS IN THE WAREHOUSE AND READY TO DELIVER.
The sales person has got his commission, Arthur the Kramerville manager phones me once to pacify me and then palms the problem onto a warehouse person.
TOTALLY "MOEDERLOOS" WITH WETHERLYS...
