My recent experience with Coricraft has been disappointing and not what one would expect from a premium furniture retailer. All aspects of the 'experience' were a disappointment:
from lacklustre sales staff to the delivery process. I placed an order at the Sandton store based on a delivery/availability in the following week. When I called to follow up on the availability, i was informed that i was misinformed at the store and that delivery would only take place two weeks later. No one really seems to take accountability for the whole process with one getting pushed between the store and the delivery centre.
I managed to get a part delivery (at Coricrafts expense) and the guys doing the delivery were rude to my wife while they part order! I placed a complaint through the coricraft website and am still waiting for feedback (2 weeks later). Worst of all, i am still waiting for my original delivery 4 weeks after placing my order.
Coricrafts products look great but the service is a complete disaster!
