3rd time lucky??? NO

For the price we pay for Coricraft goods, one would assume some professionalism.
Went to the Coricraft eastgate to buy the Palma Coffee Table. Got my invoice with a picture of the table I purchased and delivery arranged.
1. Email the branch manager to reschedule delivery, NO response. Went into the shop, an employee confirmed they did receive the mail and delivery will be rescheduled
2. Receive a call from the delivery guy on the first arranged delivery date. No one cancelled my booking. He returns the table. I emailed eastgate mananger and gauteng customer service NO RESPONSE
3. Today i receive my table (4hours later than the window period). WRONG TABLE!! Although I pointed out the coffee table, the sales person stapled the picture of the table on the invoice, he added the WRONG TABLE TO THE ACTUAL INVOICE.
I guess I had to make sure that the sales person actually did his job correctly! Just because i showed him what i wanted, he confirmed with the correct picture, does not mean that he will order the right table! So once AGAIN i need to go into the shop to make sure that Coricraft employees do their jobs correctly!!! Seriously!!
