Poor customer service & Breach of contract

I purchased goods on the 18th of December and was promised delivery within two weeks, delivery never happened, the lady from the warehouse kept calling me and promising delivery every week since purchase and it never happened.her first excuse was that they are waiting for the mirror from the shop as that was the last one, she called the following week and promised delivery on Friday as the mirror had been delivered and since then she never phoned again and the promised Friday passed and still nothing, I went back to the store and Justin was on leave and I explained my story to the lady who promised to get her manager Mark to look into the matter on the 12th but noone came back to me, I went back to the store on the 15th and saw Justin who said he will get hid manager to look at it, still nothing, I sent Justin an email on 18th again that his manager never contacted me, I phoned the store on 20th and Justin informed me my goods got lost and he is still trying to sort it out and will advise me the following day, still nothing, I phoned the store on 22nd and spoke to Mark the manager who took my number but still did not get back to me, I am very hurt and dissapointed.
