I want to close my account

Dear fellows,

I have paid my account in January 2013 on a faulty account number that Edgars had send me on a invoice.

Now: I have received a sms on the 13th of feb, stelling me that I did not pay my account, which I did not know at that point that the account number they have supplied to me was incorrect!

I phoned customer care and they referred me to a lady in accounts, i phoned her and she corrected my account over the telephone, and told me my account will be correct the following day.

On Monday I received an incoive via email: and guess what?

I have a bad name now at Edgars and my account was not fixed! and to make things worse: I owed them now almost R2000 and not R1300! due to the fact that in their books that i did not paid my account!

After this I want to close my account as I feel that this company is not up to serve their customers.

I have paid my account in a wrong account number which they did supply to me.
