My cellphone number has been loaded against somebody else's (completely unrelated and unknown to me) Edgars account. Over the past nine months, I constantly receive sms messages and telephone calls regarding poor payment on the other party's account. Edgars have been informed about this at least three times and EVERY TIME I am promised that the incorrect cellphone number will be removed.
I have just received another sms, which means that my number is still loaded against the defaulting account's. It is getting to the point that I consider closing my own Edgars account as that would mean I can simply ignore all messages coming from Edgars instead of constantly having to worry that there is something wrong with my account that I do not know about.
Edgars: PLEASE remove my cellphone number from Mrs Molefe's account immediately!
