We are from JHB and met Jackie at your Northgate store in Cape Town.
He is a very friendly and professional gentleman and has a thorough knowledge of all the products in his store.
We ordered our mattress in Cape Town for delivery in Johannesburg.
On delivery, there was a factory defect which we reported to Jackie the next day.
Kim received our email the next day and started the process to get our mattress replaced.
After that, Jackie was always in contact with us and made sure that we got our replacement mattress.
