After my last report, I received a new job number S000286761 on 2013-02-14. After the SMS, I was called within the two hour period indicated on the SMS. Allan apologized for the delay and all the problems and promised that a technician would contact me the next day (2013-02-15) to confirm that the dishwasher was not working. As soon as confirmation was received, arrangements would be made to replace it. He gave me his direct line to contact him. On the 15th I heard nothing and called his number on 3 occasions. It just rang. On Monday (18th) I called 3 times again, with the same response, phone just ringing. I then called the call centre and after waiting for 8 minutes I asked the lady to give him a message to call me. No response. on the 19th I again tried to call him 3 times, the phone just kept ringing. I called the call centre to ask them to give him a message to call me, up to now no response. When you call the call centre, you listen to how wonderful Whirlpool is for up to 10 minutes before you get through to someone. Then you get empty promises. No one returns calls or follow up. Whirlpool - sensing the difference... I am definitely sensing the difference.
