TERRIBLE SERVICE AT WHIRLPOOL AND KIC CALL CENTRE

I HAVE LOGGED A CALL TO THEM FOR ASSISTANCE FOR MY FRIDGE WHICH IS STILL UNDER GUARANTEE ON THE 22ND OF NOVEMBER 2013 AND TO DATE I HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. THEY GAVE ME A REFERENCE NUMBER AND ADVISED THAT THE TECHNICIAN WILL CALL ME WITHIN 8 HOURS. ITS MANY DAYS LATER AND NO ONE HAS CALLED ME. I HAVE CALLED THEM FOUR TIMES ALREADY AND STILL TO DATE NO ASSISTANCE. THEY ADVISED ME THAT THE TECHNICIAN CALLED ME APPARENTLY. I HAVE RECEIVED NO CALLS OR EVEN HAVE ANY MISSED CALLS ON MY PHONE. I CALLED THEM ON TUESDAY, RECEIVED ANOTHER REFERENCE NUMBER AND STILL NO TECHNICIAN CALLED ME, I CALLED THEM ON WEDNESDAY THEY ADVISED THE TECHNICIAN WILL CALL ME, STILL RECEIVED NO CALL FROM THEM, I CALLED AGAIN TODAY THEY ADVISED THE TECHNICIAN WILL CALL ME AND STILL WAITING. I CALLED THEM AGAIN TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND THE LADY ADVISED THAT THE MANAGERS LINE IS BUSY. THEY BOAST PROFESSIONALISM BUT THEY CANNOT ASSIST THEIR CUSTOMERS. AS FOR THEIR CALL CENTRE THEY TAKE TOO LONG TO ANSWER.
