Good day, on the 22nd of April a call was logged for my fridge. A technician then visited my house and advised the fridge would be replaced. the Suppliers informed me that the transport company would be in contact to arrange to replace my fridge. I have been at home for the last 2 weeks and even called them to advise them of this. I received a call last wk to say that Cape Appliances would contact me to deliver the fridge, I have called them 3 times and the most recent call was on Monday. When informing the lady I would be home around 5 I was told that they close at 5 and she would call me today to make arrangements. Why do I constantly have to call them with no joy? I called Whirlpool a few hours ago and was told that they would call Cape Appliances to ask them to give me a call and make arrangements. Please arrange for the fridge to be delivered as soon as possible at my earliest convenice.
