On 2013-01-31 I reported bad service from Whirlpool regarding the repairs of my dishwasher which have now been out of order since 2013-01-01. The next day I received a call from a rude employee who informed me that he wants to come on 2013-02-04 to repair the machine. As I was on my way to Cape Town I informed him that I would not be available on 2013-02-04. He then agreed to come on 2013-02-11 to repair the machine. He did not supply a contact number to get hold of him. On 2013-02-11 I tried to contact him on the number that reflected on my cell phone, but there was no answer. As expected no one arrived to repair the machine and I am still waiting. Pathetic service!! Definitively the LAST Whirlpool product to enter my home!
