Whirlpool SA poor back-up on appliances

I purchased a dishwasher and plenty of other home alliances from Whirlpool SA. 2 years and 3 months later I had a mechanical problem on the dishwasher and logged a call at Whirlpool SA Service centre. A service provider contracted to Whirlpool SA was send. - JK services - Kobus Koegelenberg.. Part was removed and ordered, 3 weeks later still no part, eventually part was fitted and problem occurred again and yet another part was ordered and 3 weeks later same problem, I'm not getting a response nor feedback from JK services and escalated problem to Whirlpool SA who claims that they don't have problems with parts... so why the long wait. After numerous mails send to Whirlpool SA and window dressing. Now 10 weeks later, I'm still waiting with no feedback from JK services nor Whirlpool SA. Please reconsider before purchasing any whirlpool appliances as this will be the service subjected to your warranty claims and general after sales services. Who to blame I'm not sure as Whirlpool SA state it the contractor in the Cape Town area and JK Services state it is Whirlpool SA that cant deliver. 10 weeks and the call cost is more that cost of new machine ..could be your warranty claim
