We bought a lounge suite in November 2012 from the Frankfort branch. They delivered the lounge suite but still to date no contract has been explained or given to us. No delivery notes has been given to sign when delivered. My wife and myself went to the branch on many occasions to enquire about the contract and still have not yet received it.
