Poor service delivery to client

I have to be honest I am extremely disappointed with the way your company deals with their clients. I ordered my lounge suite from Tarryn over two weeks ago and when I placed the order I tried to use your WEB Site to pay for my item with my cr card but this could not be done due to your systems was not functioning correctly so it forced me to trf the money and lose out on my U Count 5%! This was a total of - R800

In the beginning of the week I called to find out when my lounge suite would be delivered and it was confirmed that I would receive it on Thursday which my wife took a day off to accept our lounge suite costing R * for the day. When I contacted the dispatch at today at 3 i was told that I would only receive my lounge suite tomorrow.

I was extremely upset about this as it has cost me a lot of money. As of now I have still not heard what time I would get my lounge suite and every time I had to call the shop back as Coricraft never ever called back. who covers these costs and when will my lounge suite be delivered
