I purchased a lounge suite I november last year wen they finanally delivered it to me it was a second hand suite so finally after disputing it and getting da supplier to come and inspect it they gv me a new one in january this year da springs started squeaking and da vinayl on the suite was damaged due to the fact dat da lounge wasn't covered upon delivery we complained the very same day they delivered my lounge set to me in march and to my surprise they not repaire all da faults we had so I stopped paying my account as I ws advised by my lawyer dat oi hv a rigth to not pay for somting dat does notmeet my requirements they hv advised me that dey listed me in the cridit bureau so now they have picked up my lounge set in the beginining of august it is now the middle of september we called the phoenix branch but the manageress gives me no joy we made sevearal calls which costin me R900 from the tym we purchased the lounge suite we only had it in the house for about 6 months I got 5 kids they have 2 sit on the floor and watch tv
