Visited Bears store in Vanderbijlpark in Sept of 2012. There was a display of tendencies and no willingness to assist. After enquiring to speak to the manager (Pinda) he apologised and requested a chance to correct those actions. The original deal calculated far exceeded the advertised price. Upon querying this it showed numerous insurance and death cover charges added to which i made the manager aware are not compulsory by law as i had my own insurances. The deal was resubmitted without these charges. It then took a month to deliver with numerous excuses made. No feedback was ever provided unless i called the store. Finally received the lounge suite in DEC 2012. After just a week the sofa's began to sink. it took a further 2 months and numerous daily phone calls to have this finally exchanged in Feb 2013. I further raised a query as to why i was not receiving my statements as i noticed the amount debited on my bank statement was incorrect. As of 19 Feb 2013 i finally find out that they have added further insurance charges without my consent that i was not made aware of. I regard this as a contract breach and and i am fed up with the incompetence and poor service
