I bought 4 Piece Lounge Suite at Russells and last year it started sagging. I went to the store to put in a complaint and the branch manager said she will send someone to pick up the lounge suite, it was early November last year. I went back to the store again to ask her what was the problem end of November and she told me that they did have transport to fetch the lounge suite, I offered to bring them at the store but she refused and said she will hire transport for them. During November I called the store again to find out why the lounge suite was not fetched and she was very rude to me. First week of December I went back again and she told me that she will send someone to fetch them and she didnt keep her promise. End of December went back, she to me that the suppliers are closed. Now its January the lounge suite went from bad to worse and i called the Branch Manager and she was very rude to me. I have called Russells Head Office and till today no one from the store has come back to me with an explanation why my lounge suite was not fetched.
