Delivery of damaged goods

On the day the lounge suit was delivered it was not wrapped as my mother is not literate she thought that they are fine.but they were damaged, so she reported them damaged at russells, since 21st of february we have been sitting on the floor and no lounge suite was provided to us and no report back on hw far they are with getting them fixed.we went to russells to cancel the contract and they refused.kindly assist in speeding up the process.and help us to cancel the contract if possible if not atleast bring back the lounge suite in a proper state by friday the 15th of march
