I bought a mots I lounge suit from russels port shepstone... It got delivered last wed... I only opened it on sunday as I still had my other lounge suite in its place... However when I opened it the 1 seater had a shaffing mark and 2 seater had a tear in the leather... I called the branch Monday morning 8.30... Till today Friday I've had no feedback what so ever!!! Every time I phone, I get told sorry waiting to hear from head office... I paid for a new lounge suite .. I want a new lounge suit not a damaged one... So I would like my 1 seater and 2 seater replaced...!!! Some response would be nice!!!
