On 09/06/13 I purchased a Ghia lounge suite and was told I would take delivery on 14/06/13 on said date I phoned store to be told they did not have stock, they then found a damaged lounge suite which they delivered on 15/06/13 with the promise as soon as a new supplier was sourced I would receive a new lounge suite, to date this has not happened my reference with care centre 189886 last call on 15/10/13 I was told it has now been referred back to the store for feedback. Four months later and still no new lounge suite or any idea when this will be resolved.
