From the huge selection of online florist which is available to us I would advise anyone NOT to order or buy and products or flowers from FLORA NICHE FLORIST especially the Johannesburg branch. After my partner had ordered flowers for Valentines day they accepted the request and replied that the order is being in the processed without a payment method or any further info. My partner was extremely dissapointed when the flowers did not arrive on Valentines day and bought very expensive flowers from another shop as it seemed that the request was not processed. Two days later the flowers arrived at my doorstep. And since then the account department has haunted us for payment of not advising that the flowers are being delivered. The accounts department even made the effort of phoning and leaving messages after 20h00 at night every single day even two months later. My partner decided to pay the the flowers just to get this company to stop calling us. It is truly pathetic the way that they speak to their clients and it is obvious that their online ordering system is a huge failure. Do not support them.
