Not what I paid for! Ruined my Valentines Day

I am fuming because I ordered a bouquet of flowers, some chocolates and a teddy bear from Woolworths online to be delivered on Valentines day to my significant other. The timing was not the issue as it was delivered on time, which is great, but that's where the good points end. Firstly, they substituted two of my items without asking me first, when I had requested to be asked on the order form, and then secondly, they did not even wrap the chocolates or display my personal message to my girlfriend. I am very disappointed and I will never order from Woolworths online ever again. I guess you get what you pay for and even though Netflorist and GiftLady are far more expensive they are far better.
