I had ordered a mothers day gift and flowers to be delivered on Friday between 6 and 8pm. The delivery arrived after 8pm, and then only half of the order was delivered (the flowers). The gift was simply not delivered. When I called the call centre on Sat, after about 10 calls and being put on on hold forever, eventually a consultant by the name of Mario Adams spoke to and confirmed the ordered would be delivered on the Saturday and surprise surprise it was not delivered. Up to that point no one could explain to me what was going on. On Sunday when I called, Mario had no answers for me. upon which I asked for a refund and he said that would be done, I have called woolies again this morning, they have said the refund has not been done and they will call me once the refund lady arrives at work. Received no call, so I called again, and now after around 15 calls, being on hold for 20min at a time, the refund was sent through, to this date no explanation was given, no apology, not even an offer of compensating me for spending an entire weekend on the woolies call centre, let alone the embarressment from my mum not receiving her gift, order no 53671810, emailed Mario - no respons
